Mammoth Realty Team was founded by Linda and Jeff Pasley in 2010. Our goal was to assemble a group of “Team Players” that share in our work ethics and desire to enjoy the Mammoth Lifestyle (easier said than done).
We set out to shatter the myth that Realtors are cut throat and only care about the commission. Sure we are competitive and earning commission is how we pay our bills, feed our kids and donate to charities but, treating our clients with the utmost care, integrity and ethical high standards that we are bound to, is our number one priority. You have our five star promise on that!
We came from the “Big Box Brand” brokerage and after many years of working under the corporate umbrella we felt that is was time to express ourselves and create something different. WE feel that we have achieved A Better Real Estate Team at Mammoth Realty Team.
We live and play in one of the most beautiful places on earth and we want to keep it that way. Our efforts to reduce our “carbon footprint” by becoming a “paperless” office and using the latest technology is what also, sets us apart from every other brokerage in the Eastern Sierra.
Speaking of playing. We believe that it is important to enjoy the endless outdoor activities that the Eastern Sierra has so abundantly provided to us. Mammoth is about a Lifestyle of enjoying life in the outdoors – that’s why we are here and that’s why our clients want to be here. What better way to connect with someone than through the shared interests and the love of sports?!
Our desire and encouragement to give back and pay it forward is important to us as well. Volunteering our time at various events throughout our community and serving on the Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors and Chairing on several committees is just a few of the things that we do.
At Mammoth Realty Team a portion of commissions earned is donated to local, national and international charities for the care of animals and prevention of cruelty towards animals. Our office also accepts donations on behalf of our local animal shelter and delivers food, toys, leashes and beds.
We believe in staying informed of the Local as well as, National real estate trends is critical in providing our clients with statistics to help them make informed decisions when buying or selling their property. By attending live conferences, webinars and taking continued education courses, we are continually learning and staying up to date on what’s going on in the world of real estate.
Through the process of evolution and wanting to make sure our clients are taken care of in every aspect of the sale or purchase of their home, we have created our property management/absentee home care division, J. Alan Property Management J.Alan has a core team of licensed contractors to help with every aspect of home ownership. From some minor home repairs to a major remodel, interior/exterior painting to housekeeping. This ensures that we can provide our clients with tried and true professionals that are accountable and reliable.
