Owner purchases a fractional interest of a specific unit type—One, Two or Three Bedroom.

You receive a deeded interest in real estate Deeded in perpetuity with the potential of appreciation; real estate that you can sell, finance against, etc.


  • Usage - How Much Time Do I Get?

Three ways to reserve your stays!

  1. There are Six weeks of primary use time each year, called PLANNED vacation time
    Three weeks in the summer season
    May 1st – Oct 31st

    Three weeks in the winter season
    Nov 1st – Apr 30th

  2. Unlimited SPACE AVAILABLE time
    One week reservations that you are able to book in advance each season; you can only have one Space Available vacation on the books at one time. Three bedrooms can have two.

  3. Unlimited SHORT NOTICE time
    ​​​​​​​Reservations that are made within a week of your arrival designed for the last-minute vacation.
